You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. After this period, all sales are considered final and cannot be refunded.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

• Condition: Unworn, unwashed, and in original resalable condition.

• Packaging: Must include original packaging and all tags attached.

• Hygiene: Free from any scents (perfume, smoke), stains, or signs of wear.

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

To maintain our limited release model, the following are strictly non-refundable:

• Items purchased under the "Buy 2 Get 1 Free" offer or any bundle deals.

• Items marked as Final Sale or Limited Drop collections.

How to Start a Return

Return Shipping

• Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• Tracking: We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. ZENKAI is not responsible for returns lost in transit without a valid tracking number or proof of shipment.

Order Cancellations
