- Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $150.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During drops or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 days.

Delivery Issues & Addresses
- Incorrect Address: Please ensure your details are 100% accurate. ZENKAI is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to the customer's absence, re-delivery fees may apply according to your local courier’s policy.
- Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We require proof of loss from the courier to assist further.
