Shipping Cost

• Flat Rate: $7.99 worldwide.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $150.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During drops or peak seasons, processing may take up to 5 days.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order is shipped, expected delivery times are:

• USA / Canada / UK: 7–12 business days.
• Mexico: 10–15 business days.
• Europe: 7–14 business days (includes Germany, France, Italy, Spain, etc.).
• Australia / New Zealand: 7–14 business days.
• Asia: 5–10 business days (Japan, Korea, Singapore, etc.).

Order Modifications

Need to change an address or size? Contact support@zenkaistreet.com immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify any details.

Delivery Issues & Addresses

• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your details are 100% accurate. ZENKAI is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to the customer's absence, re-delivery fees may apply according to your local courier’s policy.
• Delivered but Missing: If tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact the courier directly to file a claim. We require proof of loss from the courier to assist further.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items.
